FAQs

New to the studio or just curious about how things work? From what to bring to how to book, we’ve gathered the answers to help you feel right at home.

Do I need experience?

Not at all! Our classes are designed for every level. The Foyer is perfect for beginners, while more seasoned clients may enjoy classes like The Kitchen or The Loft. Our Hosts (instructors) are trained to provide modifications and support at every step.

What should I wear?

We recommend comfortable, fitted workout attire that allows for ease of movement. Avoid loose clothing that might catch on the reformer. Grip socks are required for all classes — we sell them in-studio if you need a pair.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before and no later than 5 minutes before class begins. This helps us maintain a peaceful environment and start sessions on time.

Doors will be locked once class starts, and we are unable to admit late arrivals.

What if I’m running late?

To ensure a safe and distraction-free environment, we do not allow late entry. Once class begins, doors are locked. Please plan ahead and arrive early to avoid missing your session.

Do you have showers or changing rooms?

While we don’t have showers or locker rooms, we do have a thoughtfully designed space with cubbies, seating, and a small area to freshen up post-class.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that all cancellations be made at least 10 hours before class.

Cancellations made within the 10-hour window or missed classes are considered late and will result in a loss of that class credit.

No refunds are provided, but credits are returned when you cancel on time.

What if I’m pregnant or have an injury?

We recommend speaking with your doctor first. Many of our instructors are trained in prenatal modifications and injury-safe programming, but it’s important to communicate your needs with us ahead of time so we can guide you to the right class or offer proper support. Additional waivers may be required.
